is JM ever going to re-release the k. wood collection? i never got to try the dark amber and ginger lily!
ReplyDeletealso, any tips on how to make orange blossom last? i bought the big bottle and thought spraying liberally would help, but im wondering if its a better idea to buy the smaller bottle and use the body creme or lotion....
ReplyDeleteGreat questions!
ReplyDeleteAhh the elusive Kohdo Wood collection... I have heard conflicting reports.. I am pretty sure Dark Amber & Ginger Lily will be coming back. It was a monster hit and apparently many people continue to ask for it. I love it. Not sure about the fate of Lotus Blossom & Water Lily. Here is a fun rumor, it is possible that Jo Malone will be releasing the Cologne Intense collection, drop the least popular one and replace it with Dark Amber & Ginger Lily. I bet it will come back. Do you live in Seattle? I know the Bellevue Nordstrom Counter has samples. Try calling there or your local store and ask, they may have some samples left hiding out.
Orange Blossom is fleeting. I agree. You're right, if you mix the Orange Blossom body creme with the Orange Blossom bath oil (you can use the bath oil as a cologne by itself) and apply to the skin, it will help. Then spray with the cologne on top. Also you can spray the cologne in your hair (that stays for a while), put it on your pulst points and make sure your skin is moisturized to keep the scent from drying out on the skin completely.
Have you tried combining Orange Blossom with any other fragrances?
